NM Rewars Program Policy

NM Rewards is the loyalty program of Nataly Méndez Shoes, designed to reward our clients with exclusive benefits, discounts, and special gifts.
By registering or participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Levels

The program has three membership levels:

  • Member: initial level upon registration. Earn 1 heart for every $1 spent.

  • Platinum: reached after spending $500 within one calendar year. Earn 2 hearts for every $1 spent.

  • Diamond: reached after spending $1200 within one calendar year. Earn 3 hearts for every $1 spent.

Your level is updated based on total annual spending.

2. How to Earn Hearts

  • Register in the program: 200 hearts.

  • Celebrate your birthday: 200 hearts (your birth date must be entered at least 30 days before).

  • Follow us on TikTok: 50 hearts.

  • Follow us on Instagram: 50 hearts.

  • Make purchases according to your membership level.

3. How to Redeem Hearts

  • 100 hearts = $3 off.

  • 500 hearts = $20 off.

  • 1000 hearts = $50 off.

No minimum purchase is required.
Discounts may be combined with other valid promotions or coupons.

Redeemed hearts will be automatically deducted, and a discount code will be generated for use during checkout.

4. Hearts Expiration

Hearts are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned.
After this period, unused hearts will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.

Platinum

  • Early access to new designs.

  • Special gift, redeemable with purchases of $50 or more.

  • Free shipping within the US & Puerto Rico.

  • Special gift, redeemable with purchases of $50 or more.

  • Annual exclusive event.

  • Personalized shoe styling session.

  • Free shipping within the US & Puerto Rico.

Physical gifts are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

6. Program Use

Registered clients can access their NM Rewards account via the website or mobile app to view their hearts, rewards, and benefits.
In-store, available discounts will be automatically detected at checkout.

7. General Conditions

  • Hearts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

  • Program benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  • Nataly Méndez Shoes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.

  • Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in the loss of accumulated benefits.

  • Participation in NM Rewards constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
